Our selection process is led by Roger McCrea, who brings a wealth of experience and vision. Roger works closley with esteemed horsemen Shane Breen and William Funnell - together they bring unmatched experience in breeding, training and developing young horses for the global stage.

Under the direction of Lucy Townley, our media and event team - Christine McCrea, Izzy Smith and Livi Parker have worked around the clock to capture the spirit and quality of each horse. From filming to photography, research to catalogue, every element has been crafted to show these horses exactly as they are ; exceptional.
